Removing the third security program

A strange remedy and you should also try it out. There are two ways. 
- Method 1: Press Windows + X> select Command Prompt (Admin).

You paste cmd.exe / c takeown / f "C: System Volume Information *" / R / DY && icacls "C: System Volume Information *" / grant: R SYSTEM: F / T / C / L > press enter. Restart the device

- Method 2: Download the file resetperm.bat containing the above commands and run with system administrator rights. Right-click on the file> Run as administrator. Restart the machine to take effect.
